The finished Beale Street Theater will seat around 300 people and offer a wide range of programming. We will host community performances and professional entertainers such as bands, musicians, comedians, magicians, traveling plays and more. We will also have a digital projection system for film festivals and movie screenings. The finished theater will be the jewel of downtown Kingman and spur much-needed economic development in the area. It will also add greatly to our city’s tourism offerings.

Our general contractor has worked out a schedule to finish the construction part of the project by May of 2025. This will allow us occupancy of the building and some limited use of the facility. From there, we will work to raise funds to purchase and install all of the draperies, riggings, and audio and visual equipment that will turn the theater into a state-of-the-art performance venue for Kingman.
