Kids: 5-12
Time: 10am – 2pm Monday June 26th, Tuesday June 27th, Wednesday June 28th, Thursday June 29th
Cost= $40 plus $5 materials OR $140 plus $20 materials ($20 savings)
Location: Beale Street Studio at 204 E. Beale Street
Kids should wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty*, bring a lunch and a water bottle.
*Kids can bring their own character costumes for the not-so-messy parts of the workshop. No weapons or over-the-head masks, please.
June 26th: Monster Mania: Monster masks, face-painting, build-a-monster, create characters, write and act out a story about our (funny) monsters.
June 27th: Medieval Magic: Create Princess and Magician’s hats, Invent a family crest/shield, play Drama games, create your own castle picture or model.
June 28th: Superheros Unite! Create your own superhero character, mask and cape. Write/draw and be the star of your own superhero comic book!
June 29th: A Day at the Beach: Bring your beach towels and wear your beach clothes for a lunch picnic. Have fun creating a sand painting and making beach pop-up cards. Take a break and play with bubbles and beach balls.
